EZERO LOGISTICS LLC

Privacy

This notice explains how Ezero Logistics LLC handles information when you visit this website, contact us, or submit a transportation inquiry.

Information we collect

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, company, work email, optional phone number, area of interest, transportation needs, selected language, submission time and consent record. We also keep a reference number, follow-up status and notification delivery status. Please do not include payment details, government identification, health information or other sensitive information in the form.

Our hosting and security providers may process IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs, timestamps and technical logs to deliver and protect the site. The inquiry API uses hashed identifiers derived from an IP address or email for short-term rate limiting; it does not add a raw IP address to the inquiry record.

How we use information

We use inquiry information to understand transportation needs, respond, discuss potential cooperation and manage follow-up. We use technical information to maintain the website, prevent abuse and troubleshoot problems. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

When email notifications are enabled, a copy of the inquiry and contact details is sent to the designated administrator so they can follow up. Authorized administrators can view inquiries in the password-protected backend. A notification may be retried if delivery fails.

Storage and service providers

We use service providers for website hosting, data storage, security, email delivery and the administrator’s mailbox. They may process information needed for those services. Information may be processed in the United States or other countries where those providers operate. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect lawful rights and security.

The temporary Vercel review site uses a demonstration form: when it reports a test submission, the form does not send or store the entered information. In environments where inquiry processing is enabled, records are saved in backend storage. Local testing uses a local database; the planned Cloudflare deployment uses D1. Administrator emails are only sent once email delivery is configured.

Cookies and local preferences

The public website stores language and appearance selections in your browser’s local storage when you change those settings. These preferences have no automatic expiry; you can clear them through your browser’s site-data settings. They are not advertising identifiers.

Signing into the administrator area creates an authentication cookie that expires after eight hours. Signing out invalidates the session and clears the cookie. This cookie is used for administrator access, not visitor advertising or tracking. Blocking it prevents the backend from keeping you signed in.

No advertising pixels or visitor analytics scripts are currently configured. We do not sell inquiry information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. The site does not currently change its behavior in response to Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control signals; no such advertising sale or sharing is configured. We will reassess these disclosures and any consent controls before adding tracking features.

How long information is kept

Inquiry records and related emails are retained according to the time needed to respond, manage an ongoing business discussion, keep relevant business records, resolve disputes or meet legal obligations. There is currently no fixed automatic deletion period for inquiries. You may contact us to request deletion; database records and administrator email copies need to be considered separately.

Administrator sessions expire after eight hours. Rate-limit counters use short windows, currently up to one hour, and expired counters and session records are removed by scheduled cleanup when enabled. Providers may retain their own technical logs and backups under their applicable policies.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit the form or omit optional fields. Required contact details and a description of your needs are necessary for us to handle a form inquiry. You can also contact us directly by email.

Contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your inquiry information, or to ask us to stop following up. Where applicable, we will handle privacy rights requests under the relevant law, including California law. You do not need an administrator account. We may ask for proportionate information to verify that the request relates to your data, such as contacting us from the original email address. Some information may need to be retained for legal obligations or legitimate recordkeeping.

Security and intended audience

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information against unauthorized access, use or disclosure.

This site is intended for business contacts, not children under 13. We do not knowingly seek information from children under 13. If you believe such information has been submitted, please contact us.
